The ESPN The Magazine senior writer and Around the Horn panelist has now picked a No. 16 seed to upset a No. 1 three years in a row. In 2013, Torre picked Southern to beat Gonzaga; the Bulldogs won, but the game was tied with under four minutes to play. In 2014, he predicted Coastal Carolina would knock off Virginia; the Cavaliers were victorious, but trailed by five points at halftime. And in 2015, Torre is claiming Lafayette will defeat Villanova. He made his prediction on ATH today. Will this be the year?
