It has also been included as one of the fourteen venues for the 2015 Cricket World Cup with three group games scheduled on the ground.The WACA is famous for producing the quickest and bounciest wickets in the world with the outfield also lightening fast. These characteristics, in  combination with the afternoon sea-breezes which regularly pass the ground, have historically made the ground an attractive place for pace and swing  bowlers. The ground has also seen some very fast scoring – as of December 2014, four of the eight fastest Test centuries have been scored on this ground.It has hosted a total of 73 games so far with the highest ODI total recorded as 343/5 during the Australia vs New Zealand clash in 2007.last_img
